Guangfulin Cultural Relics Park was recently named one of Shanghai's "all-for-one tourism" special demonstration areas, according to an announcement by the municipal administration of culture and tourism.
The park is located in the southern area of the Sheshan National Tourist Resort in Songjiang district and covers an area of about 40,000 square meters. Sometimes referred to as "the root of Shanghai", it features a variety of exhibition areas showcasing local traditional and religious culture.
To honor medical workers' efforts in the fight against the coronavirus, the park is allowing medical workers with valid medical certificates and IDs to enter the park for free until the end of this year.
