Sheshan promotes tourist resources in Shanghai

A promotional campaign featuring the cultural and tourism resources along the Yangtze River Delta was held at the Shanghai University on May 9.

Organized by the Travel Times, Ningbo and Yangzhou municipal bureau of culture, radio, film and tourism, the event aims to showcase rich cultural and tourism resources alongside the Yangtze River Delta area.

Overseas students from 118 countries also participated in the activity to show the unique culture and costumes of their countries. The event set up exhibition booths for cities in the Yangtze River Delta area. Shanghai Sheshan National Tourist Resort also launched its booth at the event to promote its tourism resources.

Sheshan, one of the 12 national tourist resorts, was founded in 1995, approved by the State Council. With abundant natural and humanity resources, the resort aims to provide an integrated platform for travel, sightseeing, relax and amusement.

At the booth, guide maps and brochures themed with Sheshan in four seasons were offered at the festival for students get to learn about Sheshan.
