To cultivate talented gardeners, Shanghai Chenshan Botanical Garden recently hosted a signing conference with experts who have agreed to teach young staff.
Five experts on planting technologies of different plants were invited to teach 13 young technicians in the botanical garden. The experts signed two-year agreements.
The Party committee of the botanical garden hopes that the experts can help the technicians improve their gardening skills to create conditions conductive to the sustainable development of the botanical garden.
