Chenshan Botanical Garden sponsored parent-child activities to celebrate Mother's Day on May 13.
Activities comprised of presenting flowers, sending greetings with postal cards, arranging flowers and popularizing sciences.
The botanical garden presented carnations and roses to tourists, and encouraged children to present bouquets to their mothers.
Volunteers from Shanghai Agriculture and Forestry Vocational and Technical College demonstrated a live showing of flower arrangements that were sold for charity.
