Innovative 'first store economy' drives Tai'an's growth
The "first store economy" is a new and influential economic model that has gained prominence in recent years. Tai'an in Shandong province has been working to advance this model, which is seen as a new engine for regional economic growth.
On June 20, Tai'an hosted an event to launch several "first store economy" projects, highlighting the Conli TAI project. This initiative emphasizes momentum, resonance, and modern trends. The venue was transformed into a "jungle party camp", reflecting the core concepts of the Conli TAI project.
Featuring creative experiential scenes, including North China's largest indoor snow world, the first animal-themed park in North China, a 400-meter exclusive cycling lane, and pet-friendly commercial spaces, these features offer a blend of park-style and micro-vacation commercial experiences, fostering relaxation and interaction. Guests participated in activities like mountain skiing, skateboarding, and lure fishing in the outdoor sports area.
The Conli TAI project, a benchmark in the "first store economy", aims to establish a city landmark that combines trendy experiences, cultural consumption, and leisure entertainment. It serves as an important platform to attract young consumers and boost urban vitality.
