Five brands from Tai'an, Shandong have been selected for the third "Remarkable Shandong" list, which was recently announced at a news conference in Shandong.

The five selected brands include Taishan seven-day raw beer, the fiberglass and products of Taishan Fiberglass, a multifunctional compound power single rope of RUP Technology, a gas voltage transformer of Shandong Taikai Instrument Transformer, and Ouruian's flameproof permanent magnet synchronous variable frequency motor system for electrical mines.

To date, a total of 22 Tai'an brands have been included on the "Remarkable Shandong" list. 

In recent years, Tai'an has been focusing on improving its quality and brands. It has continuously strengthened its infrastructure, increased efforts to cultivate high-end brands, and achieved fruitful results in the development of high-quality brands. 

One enterprise in the city has won the Shandong Governor Quality Award and four enterprises and three individuals have been nominated for the Shandong Governor Quality Award. In addition, 122 enterprises have been recognized as high-end brand cultivation enterprises in the province, 210 enterprises (units) have been recognized as well-known brands in the province, and 317 projects have been named quality brands in the province.

Tai'an is also home to 55 registered Chinese famous trademarks and 58 registered geographical indication trademarks.
