Feicheng kicks off annual peach blossom festival
The 23rd Feicheng Peach Blossom Festival opened in Feicheng, a county-level city in Tai'an, on April 2, attracting visitors from all over the country.
This year's festival features modern and stylish elements, with peach culture as its core.
At the opening ceremony, Feicheng representatives signed a slew of project agreements, making the festival an important promotional platform for the city, expanding openness to the outside world, and promoting exchange and cooperation.
Feicheng's Liutai Taohuayuan Scenic Area will be open for free during the festival, with complimentary parking and shuttle buses available for visitors.
To take advantage of the rising popularity of guochao (China chic), various events such as a fair market, a music festival, and a forest cultural week will be held during the festival.
Additionally, Feicheng has planned its first short video competition, inviting people to record the scenic beauty and rich culture of the city. Furthermore, a nationwide innovation design contest for peach wood tourism products and a youth calligraphy art exhibition are among the activities taking place.
