Tai'an builds fitness trails to improve urban infrastructure

Over the years, Tai'an Tourism Economic Development Zone in Tai'an, Shandong province, has built various fitness trails to improve its urban infrastructure and enhance the quality of life for its residents. The zone integrates ecological governance into the entire construction process, optimizes the livable environment of the city, and combines historical culture, folk customs and natural landscapes.

The fitness trail located in the Tianping Lake Scenic Area has a total length of about 12 kilometers, and is well-known in the city. When walking on the trail, beautiful scenery including the six major areas with specific themes and cultural corridors can be appreciated.

The fitness trail at Panhe Ecological Park is built along the bank of the Panhe River, and is home to beautiful scenery and ancient celebrity sculptures along the road. While enjoying the beautiful scenery, citizens can also learn about history and culture.

Surrounded by green lawns on both sides, the colored permeable asphalt fitness trail in Shila River Cultural Tourism Park is about 17 km long, and is an outdoor fitness place that is favored by the public.
