Dai Temple is a Chinese classic garden in Tai'an, Shandong province that has more than 200 old and famous trees. Han Cypress is one of the best landscapes in the temple. Among them are two old cypress trees, including a Couple Cypress planted in Western Han Dynasty (206 BC-AD 24) which has two trunks that share one root, as well as another bearing axe marks left by Chimei Rebels in Eastern Han Dynasty (25-220).
