The 19th CNE Nail and Eyelash Conference and the third China (International) Beauty and Eyelash Industry Expo in 2024 took place in Qingdao's Pingdu from Oct 12 to 14. The county-level city of Pingdu has attracted global attention by its burgeoning beauty and eyelash industry.

The conference brought together over 500 international and domestic beauty, cosmetics, and related service agencies along the entire beauty industry chain, attracting over 6,000 visitors.

Buyer attendance was much higher than the previous two eyelash expos, with over 200 international buyers coming to purchase goods and discuss development. The event not only built a bridge for cooperation and communication between consumers and manufacturers but also provided a sales platform for the promotion of Pingdu's characteristic eyelash industry.

"This expo not only allowed us to connect with a large number of potential customers but also showed us the latest trends and technologies in the industry. Through this exhibition, we deepened our connections with domestic customers and expanded cooperation channels in the international market," said Wang Dongpeng, general manager of a beauty company from Shandong.

Exhibitor Lu Yuanyuan emphasized the important role of the exhibition in digitization: "Several companies and clients have reached preliminary cooperation intentions with us. Pingdu not only has a complete industry value chain but also drives the entire industry towards efficiency and intelligence through the construction of a digital supply chain platform. We believe that through the cooperation opportunities of this exhibition, the entire cosmetic eyelash industry will collaborate deeper for its supply chain, which is of profound significance for promoting industry upgrades."
