China has been rolling out policies to continue its opening-up, and the atmosphere from the fourth Qingdao Multinationals Summit is very much aligned with his expectations, said Mats Skoeldberg, head of Technology of Volvo Construction Equipment, during a recent interview with China Daily.
Skoeldberg also spoke highly of Shandong's development and economic situation, saying, "We are well-invested in Shandong, both in terms of our research and development center in Jinan and our joint venture in Linyi."
The fourth Qingdao Multinationals Summit, lasting to Oct 12, focuses on six main topics: attracting and utilizing foreign investment, new practices of multinationals in China, new trends in industrial investment, creating a new business environment, international cooperation in the digital economy and green, low-carbon high-quality development.
