Expats learn to make traditional Chinese food in Qingdao
Four foreign students from Ocean University of China were invited to explore the unique charm of traditional Chinese food on Aug 3 at Sanshenglou restaurant, a century-old brand in Qingdao, Shandong province.
The foreign students sampled some traditional Chinese pasta and learned how to make steamed dumplings, and other traditional pasta snacks, including fried dumplings or guotie.
