Jimo ancient town, a popular scenic spot in Qingdao, Shandong province has launched a series of activities such as a light show, a gourmet festival and an intangible cultural heritage market to attract more tourists after night in a bid to boost its nighttime economy.

The nighttime economy refers to business activities between 6 pm and 6 am in the service sector.
