Professor Xing Jun, a young scholar from Qingdao University of Science & Technology, has broken new ground in the field of fluorescent materials with help of Nanjing University and Jilin University.

The team's latest research paper, titled "Molecular engineering towards efficient white-light-emitting perovskite", was published in the prestigious science publication Nature Communications and has been praised by international experts, local media reported.

The research was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Taishan Scholars Program and other research supporting projects.
