Gastronomic delights at Qingdao Intl Beer Festival
Besides more than 1,600 types of beer from over 40 countries and regions, revelers at the 31st Qingdao International Beer Festival also got to feast on a wide variety of snacks and delicacies from all over the world.
Hailed as "Asia's Oktoberfest", the Qingdao International Beer Festival is the largest of its kind in Asia and one of China's biggest tourism events.
Nine beer tents spanning an area of more than 20,000 square meters were set up at the event's venue Golden Beach Beer City in the Qingdao West Coast New Area.
In addition, there were also 32 cabins where visitors got to enjoy the beer and food.
Over 400 activities covering international exchanges, economic and trade exhibitions, fashion shows, parades and performances were held during the festival.
