The 70th Anniversary of the Founding of Shandong Museum and Symposium on Museum Education and Research was held on the museum's premises in Jinan on July 25.

The Shandong Museum, a comprehensive provincial historical museum, houses a vast collection of over 400,000 artifacts.

The museum's holdings are renowned for their diversity and historical significance, with particularly notable collections including pottery, oracle bones, bamboo slips, stone carvings, Ming Dynasty clothing, bronzeware, revolutionary relics, and natural specimens.
