To implement the Opinions of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council on Deepening the Reform of Examination & Approval System to Encourage Innovation in Drugs and Medical Devices, and support the scalable clinical trials of medical devices, NMPA has, in conjunction with NHC formulated and released on March 20, 2020 the Regulations for Administration of Medical Device Extended Clinical Trials (Interim).
