To standardize the registration and filing inspection of cosmetics, and ensure that the registration and filing inspection of cosmetics is open, fair, just and scientific, NMPA has formulated and released on September 10, 2019 the Work Specifications for Cosmetics Registration and Record-filing Inspection.
