Center for Administrative Services and Complaints & Reports of NMPA
Main responsibilities
(1) Be responsible for the acceptance service of administrative matters related to drugs, medical devices and cosmetics, and the preparation and delivery of documents related to the review and approval results.
(2) Accept and transfer complaints and reports of suspected illegal acts related to drugs, medical devices and cosmetics.
(3) Be responsible for the collection, analysis and submission of information pertaining to the acceptance of administrative matters, and complaints and reports related to drugs, medical devices and cosmetics.
(4) Be responsible for organizing, coordinating, tracking and supervising the handling of major complaints and reports related to drugs, medical devices and cosmetics; supervise the feedback of handling results.
(5) Participate in the drafting of laws and regulations, normative documents and rules on the administrative matters, complaints and reports related to drugs, medical devices and cosmetics.
(6) Be responsible for the screening and analysis of complaints and reports on new and common problems, and put forward relevant suggestions on safety supervision. Undertake the submission of source information of complaints and reports on NMPA's law enforcement and rectification actions.
(7) Undertake the operation and management of the administrative matters acceptance service hall of NMPA. Participate in the operation and management of the NMPA's network system for the acceptance and review of administrative matters. Be responsible for charging fees for administrative affairs of NMPA.
(8) Participate in the reform of the review and approval system for drugs and medical devices, as well as the construction and acceptance service of the Internet plus Government Services platform of NMPA.
(9) Guide and coordinate the provincial drug regulatory departments on acceptance of administrative matters, and complaints and reports.
(10) Carry out international (regional) exchange and cooperation in the acceptance of administrative matters, and complaints and reports related to drugs, medical devices and cosmetics.
(11) Undertake other tasks assigned by NMPA.
