To be responsible for routine operation of NMPA head office, to undertake work related to information, security, archives, confidentiality, public complaints and proposals, openness of government affairs, statistics, informationization, media and publicity, etc.; to inspect and supervise important government affairs; to organize emergency management and public opinion monitoring; to formulate and organize the implementation of the development plans and special plans to promote the building of supervision and management system and informationization; to manage the budget, accounting, finance, state-owned assets and internal audit for head office and affiliated institutions; to organize the drafting of comprehensive documents and important conference documents.
