Talent competition boosts Shanghai-Nantong innovation
The fifth Nantong Jianghai Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, the 10th Tongzhou District Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, and the fifth Jianghai Elite Competition of the Nantong National High-tech Industrial Development Zone (NHIZ) were successfully held in Shanghai on Nov 13.
The event attracted 13 projects from cutting-edge fields such as semiconductors and new materials. Dr Wang, who presented a project involving a robot that cleans kitchen exhaust ducts, said, "As an important innovation hub in the Yangtze River Delta region, NHIZ offers a strong industrial foundation and rich atmosphere for innovation, providing excellent application scenarios and ample development opportunities that align with my project."
The competition has built a solid bridge for resource connection between Shanghai and Nantong. Moving forward, NHIZ aims to continue to optimize the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, deepen regional collaboration, and facilitate the successful implementation and fruition of more high-quality projects.
