The Pan-Semiconductor Industrial Park, located in the Rudong Economic Development Zone, serves as a vital platform to boost the clustering of the semiconductor industry. Its third-phase project is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by the end of this year.

The total investment for the third-phase project of the industrial park is approximately 400 million yuan ($55.30 million). It will include the construction of standard factories, a comprehensive building, and other related facilities, totaling around 134,500 square meters.

"Some of the standard factories have already had their main structures completed, and we plan to complete all the main structures by May. The comprehensive building and parking garage are expected to be finished by the end of the year, and the entire project will be ready for use by early 2025," said Liu Jun, who is in charge of the project.

The Rudong Economic Development Zone aims to develop the industrial park into a high-end professional location integrating cutting-edge technology, high-end talent, comprehensive platforms, and intelligent services.

Liu added that the third-phase project will not only enhance the level of support and industry-carrying capacity of the semiconductor industry in the park but also provide a more sufficient carrier and a better business environment for the development of the semiconductor industry cluster. Additionally, it will create a large number of employment opportunities, bringing more social and economic benefits to the park.
