Tongzhou district in Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province, has made strides in attracting projects over the past two months.

In June, the district witnessed the signing of 36 project agreements with an investment of 21.64 billion yuan ($3.01 billion).

Shigang town, a major center of industrial development in Tongzhou, has set up a service team and promoted the construction of six projects, each worth over 100 million yuan.

Yin Young Stainless Steel Tube Co Ltd is a company specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of stainless-steel water supply pipeline systems. It has 100 production lines for pipes, 20 fully-automatic production lines for fittings, and more than 30 sets of testing equipment. The company currently possesses 19 utility model patents.

The project that the company is funding in Nantong National High-tech Industrial Development Zone reaches production capacity is expected to produce 100,000 metric tons of stainless steel pipes and fittings annually at full capacity, with an estimated annual taxable sales of 1.2 billion yuan.

In addition, Tongzhou also promotes the in-depth integration of the industrial chain, with a Mercury Home Textiles headquarters and research and development design production base to be established in Chuanjiang town, with a total investment of 3 billion yuan.

This move promotes the further expansion of the traditional home textile industry into areas such as R&D design, live streaming, production and warehousing, and supply chain integration.
