Global Technology Co Ltd in Chongchuan district, Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province, has been making strides in its quest to become a leading high-tech enterprise in the field of automotive braking systems in recent years.

The company is currently one of a few in China that can mass produce electronic stability control systems (ESC), anti-lock braking systems (ABS), and electrical park braking systems (EPB). The company also supplies domestically produced car chips that can be applied in ESC products.  

Since setting up the company in 2016, founder Liu Zhaoyong has been keenly focused on breaking the monopoly that foreign enterprises have on the by-wire technology of automotive chassis systems.

Over the past six years, Global Technology has applied for 150 patents, about half of which are invention patents. The company has also received approval to build a provincial engineering research center for automotive intelligent driving systems.

Due to its innovative efforts, the company has been designated a provincial potential unicorn, a provincial specialized and sophisticated enterprise, and a national high-tech enterprise.
