Shibali Bridge is located on the Tiansheng Road along the Tongyang Canal in Chongchuan district, Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province.

On one side of the bridge stands residential buildings and factories while the other side is vast stretches of farmlands.

Shibali Bridge boasts different scenery in the morning and evening. In the morning, farmers carry a hoe to the farmland to start their busy day while in the evening, pedestrians passing the bridge hurry home.

Local residents used also to wash clothes and catch fishes and shrimps beside Shibali Bridge and children chased after boatmen who berth their boats beside the bridge for fruits.
