Bookstore chain Light Space set up a branch in the Shanghai Lingang Innovation Center in Pudong New Area, Shanghai on Nov 20.

The bookstore will serve as a cultural and creative space and seeks to indirectly boost scientific innovation.

The bookstore also set up an exhibition. In the elliptical space, a work painted using herbs by artist Liu Zhenchen is on show. It is the extension of the exhibition In the Name of Flowers currently being held at Pearl Art Museum.

In addition, there are a variety of cultural and creative products provided by Pearl Art Museum and Shanghai NCF Co Ltd.
