The 14th Shanghai Financial Services Fair kicked off at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center on Oct 22 and ran until Oct 24.

This year, a Lin-gang Special Area exhibition area was set up to showcase the financial opening up and innovative development of Lin-gang Special Area.

This was the first time the Lin-gang Special Area Administration attended the fair.

The Lin-gang Special Area had the largest exhibition area at the fair, and it was divided into three parts showcasing the area's development plans, industrial features, and financial services, respectively.

The Lin-gang Special Area Financial Innovation Forum, a supporting event of the fair held on Oct 22, attracted nearly 40 representatives of financial institutions and firms.

The financial opening up and innovative development of the Lin-gang Special Area were discussed at the forum, which was attended by the Shanghai Financial Association, a sponsor of the Shanghai Financial Services Fair.
