The 14th Shanghai Financial Services Fair will be held at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center from Oct 22 to 24.

The three-day event will focus on the Lin-gang Special Area, financial technology, Yangtze River Delta integration, financial talent/culture, asset management and inclusive finance, as well as Shanghai's efforts to become an international financial hub and science and technology innovation center.

It will consist of forums, matchmaking meetings and public culture lectures and have an exhibition area of nearly 8,500 square meters, with around 130 exhibitors.

Among the exhibitors are more than 80 financial institutions, including banks, securities brokers and fund managers as well as nearly 50 enterprises involved in information technology, biomedicine, artificial intelligence and new energy vehicles, according to organizers.

A highlight of the event will be the unveiling of the Yangtze River Delta Financial Industry Development Alliance.

The organization, initiated by the Shanghai Financial Association, Jiangsu Province Financial Association and Zhejiang Province Financial Association, aims to integrate financial resources in the region, improve financial information sharing, and promote cross-regional cooperation among financial institutions.
