This system includes 18 aspects of law enforcement, 184 subject matters and more than 900 subparagraphs of laws and regulations.

Officials said it has also adopted a unified administration law enforcement electronic seal, to systematically reform the previous working process.

With the help of different departments, the system will fully launch operations in two months.

Officials said the new system makes life much more convenient for staff, cutting down on time and costs.

In addition, the paperless system is expected to boost the quality and the efficiency of case-handling, to cope with a shortage of personnel.

Officials said law enforcement and case-handling will be transparent, efficient and open – with a system that integrates 5G and WLAN accessing information and enabling delivery of high-quality images and videos at high speeds.

Moving forwards, the Lin-gang Special Area will work with the Big Data Center of Lin-gang Special Area to optimize the information system and promote the development of Lin-gang, officials added.
