Digital economy innovation island starts in Lin-gang Special Area

The "Information Flying Fish" global digital economy innovation island – a professional park focusing on the information industry – was set up in Lin-gang Special Area on June 1.

Representatives from hundreds of influential companies, specialized firms and industry bodies attended the event.

Wu Xiaohua, deputy director of the Lin-gang Special Area Administration, introduced the conceptual form design and industrial functional layout of the park.

The "Information Flying Fish" global digital economy innovation island will have a total construction area of 100 hectares, stretching east to the World Laureates Association Science Community, west to the S2 highway and Donghai Bridge, south to Hangzhou Bay, and north to Chenghe port. It will be built into an office, R&D, production and living space occupying an area of more than one million square meters.

In the future, different projects focusing on intelligent office, intelligent shopping, intelligent business and travel, and intelligent living will be launched on the "Information Flying Fish" innovation island.
