Lin-gang Special Area Administration and Shanghai Electric Power Co Ltd clarified their cooperation content and respective responsibilities, and set up a cooperation mechanism for energy construction in the special area.

Lin-gang Special Area Integrated Energy Station was unveiled. In the future, Lin-gang Special Area Administration will manage the comprehensive utilization of power, gas, clean energy, water supply and other resources relying on the integrated energy station, to guarantee safe and reliable power and energy supplies for large projects.

Lin-gang Special Area Integrated Information Management Service Platform was put into use, marking the beginning of Lin-gang Special Area's pioneering exploration and innovative practice in public services and risk management. The "Tesla model", which took 17 months from contract signing to production, and ENN Gas Turbine Project's "four licenses issued in five days" from land acquisition to construction, will be solidified as standard modes with the help of informatization.

Lin-gang Special Area Administration published the results of its institutional adjustment. After the adjustment, Lin-gang Special Area Administration now has 15 internal organs. The Division of Institutional Innovation and Risk Management, the Division of High-Tech Industry and Innovation, the Division of Yangshan Special Free Trade Zone and other divisions different from the conventional setting are set to better implement Lin-gang Special Area's "6+2" opening-up policies, reflecting its value orientation of reform and innovation.
