Lin-gang Special Area of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone released its latest talent attraction policies during a news conference on Nov 20.

According to the policies, 48 measures in seven aspects will be introduced to promote the concentration of talents, facilitate the employment of professionals and make the best use of all kinds of talents in Lin-gang, with the aim of creating a highland of domestic and foreign talents who can pursue vigorous innovation.

Aspects of the policies include promoting the introduction of domestic and overseas talents, strengthening housing guarantees for talents, implementing special rewards for talents, intensifying the cultivation of talents, gathering human resources service agencies and optimizing the talents service environment.
