Lin-gang Special Area also released system at the press conference specific preferential measures for introducing domestic talents, published a list of 49 types of skilled talents in 23 categories to be introduced directly, and announced the implementation of an appointed civil servant.

The special area's administration signed contracts with 18 well-known human resources service agencies at home and abroad, including Shanghai Foreign Service (Group) Co, Shanghai Human Resources Consulting Association, Relocation International (Shanghai) Co, YMSG and YMBPO, on extensive and in-depth cooperation in talent development and introduction, and human resources services.

After the signing ceremony, leaders of Lin-gang Special Area had a meeting with representatives from the 18 agencies, seeking advice from them and experts on how to build a successful base for gathering domestic and overseas talents to carry out international collaborative innovation.

In the next period, Lin-gang Special Area will further focus on the implementation of these talent policies and carry out all-round publicity to ensure that enterprises and talents understand and benefit from the policies. Relying on existing policies for introducing domestic and foreign talents and special supportive policies for creating an innovation environment, Lin-gang Special Area will build a more open, flexible and competitive talent system and a more accurate, effective and popular policy system for supporting innovation and entrepreneurship according to future development needs and actual demands.
