The China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Lin-gang Special Area Administration and the Qatar Free Trade Zones authority (QFTZ) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on Nov 6, to strengthen cooperation and exchanges between the two institutions and further promote the development of free trade zones between the two sides.
