Legal aid institutions will examine your application from two aspects to see if you are eligible for the service.
Legal aid is completely free of charge. You do not have to pay any cost to anyone for the service.
Legal aid is free legal services offered by government-established legal aid institutions to financially stressed citizens including persons involved in criminal cases.
