The Taizhou Port Economic Development Zone in Taizhou city, located in East China's Jiangsu province, has been accelerating the construction of a "1+2" modern industrial system, which takes the high-end equipment manufacturing industry as the core of the program.
The automotive and parts industry is a focus of the zone's high-end equipment manufacturing industry, with the Taizhou branch of manufacturer Great Wall Automobile Co Ltd as the leading player.
