The Taizhou Science and Technology Bureau recently announced proposed construction projects for municipal key laboratories in 2025.
In particular, the bureau announced that three labs being operated by the Taixing Economic Development Zone in Taixing city, administered by Taizhou city, East China's Jiangsu province, had been listed.
These are the Taizhou Key Laboratory of Film Forming Additives operated by Runtai Chemical (Taixing), the Taizhou Key Laboratory of Secondary Alcohol Polyether Materials operated by Taixing Lingfei Chemical Technology and the Taizhou Key Laboratory of Fluorine Containing New Materials operated by Taixing Meilan New Materials.

Currently, Taixing is home to 18 key laboratories at or above the city level and 213 enterprise R&D institutions at or above the city level.
Moving forwards, plans are for Taixing to continue to promote the planning and construction of research platforms such as key laboratories and engineering technology research centers.
Moreover, efforts will be made to strengthen the allocation of resources, nurture independent and innovative talent, promote technology R&D and the commercialization of achievements, in a bid to galvanize the city's high-quality development with high-energy innovation platforms.
