Taizhou city in East China's Jiangsu province recently released its list of funding projects for the commercialization of major sci-tech achievements in 2024, with two projects included from Taixing city, administered by Taizhou.
One is a research and industrialization project for medicine to treat constipation in children, developed by Jumpcan Pharmaceutical Group.
This project integrates advanced manufacturing technologies, such as modern information technology, systems science and engineering and process analysis technology, thus achieving intelligent production processes.
The other one is a research and development project for environmentally friendly nonyl cyclohexanol polyoxyethylene ether, operated by Taixing Lingfei Chemical Technology.
Relying on key technologies and adopting short process synthesis technology, the project will produce a new series of polyether materials that meet with clean production, carbon emissions reduction and sustainable development strategies.
The product boasts the characteristics of low viscosity, good fluidity and a low pour point.
In fact, it's a highly favored surfactant in bulk industrial and civilian products including textiles auxiliaries and pesticide emulsifiers.
In terms of financial support, Taixing has distributed nearly 100 million yuan ($14.13 million) in various awards and subsidies funds in the current year, benefiting 510 enterprises.
