The Taixing Economic Development Zone – located in Taixing city, in East China's Jiangsu province – held a conference on May 7 to establish an alliance on management safety in companies.
This was a bid to improve the overall level of independent safety management of its resident enterprises.
All personnel from the zone's security department and representatives of 95 resident enterprises attended the conference.
Pan Mingrong, deputy secretary of the zone's Party working committee, said that establishment of the alliance would transform the relationship between the local government and enterprises into a more active and collaborative interaction model.
Pan also urged the alliance to deepen the concept of "service plus supervision" – to assist the development of businesses and to optimize the supply of services to boost their safe development.
