Taixing city in East China's Jiangsu province is currently pushing hard to promote the rapid start, construction, completion and operational start-up of a raft of service industry projects – with the new Zhongran Yancheng storage facility being one of them.
The project is being operated by Jiangsu Zhongran Yanchang Storage Co Ltd, located in Binjiang town in Taixing, which is seeing a big rise in its business. The company is currently handling shipments of 1,000 metric tons of propane products per day.
As the biggest liquid hydrocarbon storage base in East China, the first phase of the Zhongran Yancheng storage project is being funded to the tune of 1.05 billion yuan ($145.43 million) – to build propane and butane storage tanks, spherical tanks and liquefied petroleum gas blending tanks.
Plans are for the company to fully utilize its location advantages in the current year to actively explore fresh markets – aiming to increase invoiced revenue by 30 percent compared with last year.
