Taixing Jinjiang Chemical Industry Co Ltd – founded in 2001 and located in the Taixing Economic Development Zone in Taixing city, in East China's Jiangsu province – now operates one of the biggest acetate production bases in the world.
In 2008, the company was acquired by Hong Kong-listed Yep's Chemical Holdings Limited, promoting the establishment of research and development centers.
The group has since constructed three major projects since 2009, paving the way for it to develop into an enterprise with an annual output of millions of metric tons.
During the process, the company shut down its high-emissions alcohol production line and vigorously carried out an energy-saving transformation to optimize the product structure.
Over the past decade, it's invested and expanded production – in 2015 and 2018 – and has now formed an industrial supply chain led by the deep processing of alcohol and acetate.
Currently, the company has long-term supply and demand relationships with multiple Fortune Global 500 and top enterprises in the coatings and ink industries.
