Make Music Day, a global art activity, falls on June 21 this year, with Huangqiao town in Taixing city, administered by Taizhou in East China's Jiangsu province, serving as its main venue in China.
A range of activities will be staged, including the opening ceremony, and the opening of the city living room in Huangqiao town, which is an exhibition space that will showcase the development history of Huangqiao town's musical instrument industry.
Another highlight of this event will be the large-scale outdoor night music party, said Yu Songshan, on-site director of the Huangqiao town venue.

The scale of activities and the number of participants this year are set to exceed all past events, with an estimated 3,000 performers and over 40 performing teams, Yu added.
Additionally, a local arts group is practicing the song Magical Huangqiao Town, which is regarded as the town's representative song.
"The song reflects the passion of local residents for common prosperity such as economic strength and rural vitalization," said Ji Nan, head of the arts group.
Established in 1982 in France, Make Music Day is an important festival for music lovers, and has spread to over 120 countries and regions worldwide.
In recent years, Huangqiao town has been committed to music education, as all students in the town have received some form of musical education.
