Genki Forest's Taicang factory to commence operations in April
The sugar-free sparkling beverage manufacturer, Genki Forest, has completed the full-line commissioning of its production line at its Taicang High-tech Zone facility, with operations slated to begin this month.
The Taicang factory is Genki Forest's sixth self-built factory in China. The project covers an area of eight hectares and includes integrated workshops, wastewater treatment facilities, and other single buildings. The factory, equipped with energy-saving facilities and industry-leading fully automated assembly lines, primarily produces products such as soda water, tea, and milk tea. It is designed as a demonstration factory focusing on high-end, intelligent, and green development.
As the production base and display experience center of Genki Forest in East China, the Taicang factory also has a visiting corridor. After the factory is put into operation, it plans to open to visitors for industrial tourism. Visitors will be able to learn about the company's brand development, product types and characteristics, visit the production line, taste the products, and witness the entire process of a beverage being produced.
Currently, there are several operational projects related to industrial tourism in the Taicang High-Tech Zone, such as Bakkavor Baking and Nike Logistics Park. Based on the existing resources, the zone plans to develop a series of industrial tourism demonstration points with functions like viewing, research, exhibition, leisure, and shopping, enriching the city's cultural and tourism experiences.
