A guidance on management system construction for inspection and quarantine of piers for laborers in Taicang has been published to promote development.

The guidance promotes administration by law and regulated supervision.

The guidance was first provided to laborers of Meijing Huifeng and Huanneg Dianchang and a timber factory. The persons in charge of related departments have planned, designed and constructed the inspection and quarantine zone. It takes only three months for laborers at Meijing Huifeng to complete an assignment that normally requires half a year of work.

The guidance will promote the development of labor in Taicang.
