From April 19 to 21, the Speed Notes Carnival (Meta Monster Music Festival) held in Jiading district, Shanghai, combining cyberpunk, the metaverse, electronic music, and automotive elements, drew in a large crowd.
Focusing on the Automotive Metaverse, Car Dreamer, and Meeting Anting programs, as well as "Old Street & Old Cars" classic car-themed activities, the event showcased the strength and charm of the modernized and new city of Jiading's Anting in the form of diverse and immersive experiences.
It took place at the Waterfront Plaza of the Shanghai International Circuit, where the F1 Chinese Grand Prix was held as a part of the 2024 Shanghai Auto Culture Festival.
The carnival featured a massive LED screen, creating an otherworldly space. The digital content on the large screen showcased the evolution of the Chinese automotive industry, from the first Phoenix car to new energy vehicles and even futuristic car robots.
The carnival also introduced an innovative AI music-synchronized audio-visual system, creating an immersive digital performance experience with nearly 300 digital multimedia scenes. The integration of technology, automotive culture, and futuristic music has made the F1 weekend an unforgettable experience for all. Attendees expressed their excitement at the fusion of music, lighting, and car culture.
There were also shows showcasing metaverse virtual humans related to Shanghai, Anting, automotive development, and future cars, presenting a visually stunning experience.
