The Hydrogen Energy and Fuel Cells Expo China 2024 (China Hydrogen Energy Expo) recently opened its doors for a three-day event at the China International Exhibition Center in Beijing, showcasing core equipment accelerating the hydrogen energy industry's development.
HyTrace, a leader in the hydrogen energy sector in Jiading district, Shanghai, presented a range of innovative products at the exhibition, including innovative solutions for hydrogen gas detection.

One standout product is the integrated mobile fuel cell hydrogen quality analyzer, which was selected as part of the third batch of major technical equipment in the energy field announced by the National Energy Administration last year. This analyzer offers broad detection capabilities, high accuracy, a short analysis time, and simple operation, making it suitable for various applications.

Another highlight was the zero-carbon hydrogen gas quality mobile detection vehicle, a collaboration effort between the China Hydrogen Alliance Research Institute and Hytrace. This vehicle, powered by a fuel cell propulsion system, integrates testing and gas supply systems, enabling rapid and flexible responses for hydrogen gas quality testing and contributing to improved quality control and emergency response capabilities within the domestic hydrogen supply chain.
HyTrace, established in Anting town in Jiading last year, specializes in the research, development, and production of trace impurity analysis instruments for hydrogen gas products. The company's laboratory in Jiading Hydrogen Hub spans nearly 1,000 square meters, enabling the development of high-end gas analysis instruments and participation in national key projects and hydrogen energy testing standard formulation.
