Eight industrial parks were listed as the demonstration areas for the innovative development of the service industry in Shanghai, according to a recent announcement from the Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission.
The move is to realize the goal of "creating more than 25 demonstration zones for the innovative development of the service industry by 2025", which is explained in further detail in the Shanghai Service Industry Development Scheme during the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-25).
The parks are the China Shanghai Human Resources Service Industry Park, Changfeng Ecological Business District, Shanghai Commercial Service-oriented National Logistics Hub (Huaxin), Dalinghaowan Science and Technology Innovation Source Function Zone Core Area, the Hongqiao Park of the China Shanghai Human Resources Service Industry Park, Shanghai Intelligence New-Generation Information Technology Industrial Park, Shanghai Wisdom Pearl Creative Industry Park and the Zhongguang International Advertising Creative Industrial Park.
With a complete industrial chain and diversified services, the Zhongguang International Advertising Creative Industry Park in Jiading district is a cradle for cultural and creative industries and digital marketing empowered by new media.
It has given full play to the industrial agglomeration effect and bolstered small and medium-sized advertising startups to become enterprises above designated size.
The park is also accelerating the digital transformation of enterprises and enhancing its ability to serve the city' digital marketing industry.
