Construction of the Jiading New Town has been accelerated as the Spring Festival holidays have concluded.
The project, which is funded and developed by the CSCEC JIUHE of China Construction Second Engineering Bureau, is close to Jiading New Town Station on Metro Line 11.
It features three business models, which are high-rise residential buildings, office buildings and commercial blocks. As one of the complexes that attract much attention in Jiading New Town, the project is mainly characterized by its low carbon and smart construction concept.
The project construction team also proposed zero-carbon community construction standards and some greening strategies, aiming to improve the ecological value and social value of the open space.
In addition, the soil technology is to be used in the terrace garden of the building to reduce the thickness of the soil, reduce the beam height and the use of concrete.
Another highlight of the project is photovoltaic pavement that is designed to transform the pavement into a substance that absorbs and converts solar energy into electric energy to lay a foundation for the large-scale popularization of new energy vehicles in the future.
