Recently, an event themed on "the high-quality development of Jiading's human resources service industry" was held in Jiading New Town.
At the event, Zhao Yongfeng, head of the Shanghai municipal human resources and social security bureau, stressed that the high-quality development of the human resources service industry had played an essential role in promoting employment and social development, and Jiading would continue to introduce leading human resources institutions from home and abroad.

According to Lu Fangzhou, Party chief of Jiading district, talents have always been the key to Jiading's development, and Jiading is continuing to cultivate and strengthen the human resources service industry.
At the same time, details of a project were explored that integrate talent resources, advantageous policies, and industrial chains. By the end of this year, the project is anticipated to be finished, and by 2025, it is envisioned that it will draw in more than 100 businesses, generating a gross domestic product of more than 3 billion yuan ($443 million).
Furthermore, a regulation was released to benefit human resources enterprises. According to the regulation, human resources service institutions that settle in Jiading will be given an award of up to 5 million yuan, and in the first three years of operation, 30 percent of their rent will be exempt.
