Kai Marcel Dodel from Germany, is the channel manager at the ZF Friedrichshafen AG Chinese headquarters in Jiading.
Jiading, which is located in Shanghai, is the center of the automotive industry, making it the ideal location in China for an automotive company. ZF Friedrichshafen AG, a well-established corporation and one of the top three automobile companies that focus on the newest technology, visited Jiading in 2011 and received positive support from the beginning in locating the site for the facility.
Dodel used to bicycle quite a bit in Germany when he was younger, but he eventually stopped. He resumed doing it once he had settled in Jiading. He also enjoys triathlons because they are connected to nature. He is really appreciative of the environment Jiading provides because it has a lot of green space and allows people to run for 10 kilometers without crossing any streets.
Dodel has resided in Jiading with his family for six years, and they have two adorable dogs. They frequently go outside and stroll around after work, and he enjoys barbecuing at night.
After Dodel arrived in Shanghai, he joined the club Toastmasters, which has given him an opportunity to make friends. According to Dodel, he likes living in Jiading, and is really impressed with how the district is developing and changing.
